    i think George best wore shirt number 7 most of his time
    but in season 1970-71 he wore shirt number 7,8,11
    some says he wore 11 most of his time
    In those days the players were numbered from 1 to 11 at that time shirt number doesn't matter a lot shirt number was given according to player postion.
