  1. Stupid question!  Voting present in the Illinois state senate is COMMON.  You lameass GOP fanboys try to make an issue of something that isn't.  Let me guess....Obama is a Muslim too right?  If you guys had anything real to campaign on it would be nice.  But you're going back to your fear-mongering and misinformation.  Like everyone says, Repubs are good at winning elections, and horrible at governing.  Why do you think us Dems want abortion to be legal?  So there might be a few less unplanned GOP pregnancies in the world.

  2. zero, it's not an option. executive decisions have to be made.

as a senator, such as obaba, a "present" decision is an option but really means that you put your political well-being above actually solving problems.

  3. She asked the federal government for a lot of "presents" in the form of $750 million in earmarks, including the bridge to nowhere that she now lies and claims she opposed. She only started opposing it when the rest of the country found out about it and said, "Hey, who the h**l is trying to get all that pork for her state?"

    just like obama

  5. She didn't have to vote either way. Just sign or veto bills presented to her by the Alaska legislature

  6. I don't think Governors vote.  They sign (or veto) the bills that are passed, and then see that they are enforced.
