How many times do you go for a dump everyday?

Ideally, 1 time, although "normal" is considered any where from 3 times a day to 3 a week if what is "dumped" is well formed and not difficult to get out.  Anything more frequent than that can be associated with certain medical conditions (ibs, chronic diarrhea, hyperthyroidism,etc).  Less frequent than that and you are constipated.  Stool should only sit in the rectal vault for a certain period of time before it starts stretching the muscles and can lead to long term problems.
