How many times does an AFL team play another team per year?

How many times does an AFL team play another team per year, is it once or twice. I wanted to take my partner to a Sydney Swans, he is a fan, match and as were from Adelaide preferably a Adelaide Crows vs Sydney Swans match in 2007? I know we just missed one - i was workin, but i thought there would be another this year, but i can't seem to see one.

umm each team verses a different one untill rd 15 and thne it goes back to the first 7 rounds but not in any order

It depends..There are 22 rounds before the finals, and 15 teams for one side to play. So a team plays several sides twice before the finals

Can depend on the teams, sometimes games teams only play against each other once a year.

Sydney plays Port Adelaide on the 20th May at the SCG (Sunday 13:10)..

But as far as another swans vs the crows i don't think they play again.

because there are 16 teams and only 22 rounds

every team plays eachother once (rds 1-15), then only play half the other teams again
