the hands they give some of the players there is redicuousl. I just played for a hour, and one of the guys get 5 straight flushes over the entire period, he beat 3 aces with a full house on the river, then on the next turn beat some guy with 3 kings, with another full house.

how do you report that company for fraud?

  1. I don't know about suing them because all of the sites I play on are offshore sites and it would be just too complicated from a procedural aspect.  Not to mention suing for gambling,  if you live in a state where it is illegal to gamble (not just online but illegal) you can't sue (kinda like suing your dealer cause the weed you got last week was not that good).

Go to any of the bizillion poker forums on the internet and post your experience and ask others there if they have had experiences on that site.  Then, I would only play at reputable sites, you know, poker stars, fulltilt etc...count your losses as a learning experience.

  2. If you think it sucks, play somewhere good, like Poker Stars or Full Tilt.  Why play on some tiny site anyway?
