  1. It isn't mentioned specifically at all, but there are two places where it is implicitly protected.

    1) Fourth Amendment: "The right of the people to be secure in their person, houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, [...]"

    2) Ninth Amendment: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

    The 9th Amendment is the failsafe umbrella, and was put there to protect every natural human right not specifically mentioned in the Constitution.
