It depends if you mean "too many times possible"...or if you mean too many times 'socially accepted.'

You can do it lots of times if youi have good lube (baby oil...cocoa butter...or my special homemade stuff!) You need to drink lots of water and eat high protein.

When it gets to the point it's interfering with other aspects of your life, it's too much.  By this I mean you are spending too much time with yourself and not having relationships with real people or not getting things (like your homework) done.  Beyond that, your body will tell you it's tired by just refusing to work any more for a period.
