How many times may I do a system recovery?

I've already done one and I want to do another. But I'm afraid I could be damaging my computer. Does anyone know how many times I may do this or what are the risk of doing more than once? Please help?

You don't damage your PC by doing a system recovery. That what it does, it replaces the damaged OS files with the last known working setup before the incident that broke it in the first place.

ok the real question here is WHY do you need to do a sys recovery ?

and how often - you should only need to do a recovery if something goes wrong.

As many as you feel is necessary it will not damage your computer most likely. It would probably take 5 a day to get damaged
