How many times more fowerful is a hydrogen bomb then an atmic bomb?

I read a little article on the internet say the a hydrogen bomb is 1000 times more powerful then an Atomic bomb.

Is this true?

Fission weapons are rated in kilo (1000s) tons of TNT

Fusion weapons are rated in mega (1,000,000s) tons of TNT

The actual difference depends on the size of the bomb

A 1 Mega-ton bomb is "only" 40 times more powerful than the 25 Kilo-ton used at Hiroshima.

after world war 2 the russians supposedly built a hydrgen bomb that was so powerfull inside the mushroom cloud  you could see into outerspace which scientist believed was a worm hole ,after this all goverments agreed to suspend hydrogen and atomic bomb production and nuclear bombs where built instead these will wipe out cities but wont interfere with space and time so yes hydrogen bombs where seriously more powerful then atomics and nuclear bombs
