i use equate but i really think they are the same. i use it when i take a shower. and that is usually at nite. and i dont have ne zits or acne so yeah i think its workin out good for me!!!! try it!

You shouldn't!

I told my dermatologist that I was using that and she all but freaked out. Turns out that the grain is too harsh and that it damages pores instead of cleaning them out!

If you're going to use it at all, use it only once a week and don't scrub your face to death!
