That I recall it was against Jesus Chavez, he hurt his hand and touch the ground, but the ref counted it as knockdown. That should'nt of have been a knockdown, but then again his glove did touch the mat.

He was dropped against J.L. Castillo, but that one was not counted!

The only fighter to ever technically knock Floyd Mayweather, Jr. down is Carlos Hernandez.  It wasn't a "real" knockdown because Floyd hurt his hand badly and touched the canvas to get a breather (standing 8 count).  Hernandez didn't puch him to the canvas, but he still officialy knocked him down because Floyd's glove touched the canvas and the referee gave him a count.  Other than that, in his fight with Zab Judah, he also touched the canvas after Zab caught him with a good shot, but the ref didn't rule a knockdown, so that one doesn't count.

But I do know he's undefeated so he's never lost by a knock-down.

jose luis castillo knocked mayweather on his back in the 6th round of there first fight but the corrupt ref ruled it no knock down..watch the fight again and you will clearly see castillo land a body shot to floyds ribs & mayweather went down flat on his back...anther thing to note in that fight is castillo won the compubox numbers landing over 100 more power shots with a higher connect percentage and castillo also landed more than 50 jabs with a higher connect percentage..I personaly only gave mayweather the first three rounds and castillo controled the rest of the fight,it looked like all mayweather had to do is survive the 12 rounds to win and he did..but in my eyes and everyone sitting at ringside know mayweather lost that fight!

Mayweather has never been knocked down. He took a knee one time in a fight because he broke his wrist in a match. that is the only fight were he was considered down in a match

Officially, he has touched down once, early in his career when he broke his hand and had to take a brief knee due to the pain.

Unofficially, he was also knocked down against Zab Judah; for some reason this was not ruled a knock-down, despite it being due to a punch. However, to be fair this knock-down was purely because Mayweather was caught off balance, not because he was hurt.

The closest he has come to being hurt and knocked down was against DeMarcus Corley, when he was briefly staggered by a flush punch to the chin and had to tuck up against the ropes for a bit.
