If i ran one suicide, how many total feet would i have ran when i am finished?

I'm assumign you're running this on a basketball court

and a bball court is 74 feet long, half the court is 47, 1/4 is 23.5, 1/8 is 11.7... so about 156 feet!

for me one suicide in basketball is baseline, freethrow, baseline,  half court, baseline, opposite freethrow, baseline, opposite baseline, baseline.

to my calculations thats just under 400 ft. our coach used to call "800" and we had to 2 suicides. i never realised until now what he meant.

if you are going to do it on a treadmill its going to be hard to replicate. the change in direction and the different acceleration everytime you change will be impossible to get the same.

Beacause, when i was start... I think about parent. They give me the life, I must to keep it for them.

Untill now, I'm very happy by my choice.

You can to meet some friend, play a lot of sport, or work something for everyone.

It all depends on the size of the field or gym floor you were running on. They aren't usually a certain foot amount, its just base to first line, base to middle, base to third, base to other base. (base lines)
