they are all british otherwise they wouldnt be competing for the country, if they had a choice between 2 countries im sure they wouldnt have chosen to represent britian if they didnt like the country, that is all that matters.

i sense that by saying true british your suggesting the black british athletes such as ohuruogu and idowu as youve obviously stated a white man as a true british which is pretty dumb as if you hear them talking you will see they are more british than most.

you clearly dont know much either chris hoy isnt an athlete.... athletes take part in athletics and hoy is a cyclist.

They are all british regardless of their colour.

Be proud of those who you dont consider "true british". Theyve won medals in their events too.

Kelly Holmes is black and now shes Dame because she won 2 gold in Athens.

Race is not a factor in the olympics but for people like you, it seems it is.

So before playing the race card just keep in mind that theyll be 10 times as much popular as you are.
