  1. The minimum amount to cause liver damage in an adult is 7,000mg. But that probably wouldn't kill someone. It would take 15,000-20,000 to get in the lethal range.

Of course, if you vomit after taking all those pills it would significantly lower the amount that got in your system.

Like most medicines, it's actually difficult to physically ingest enough to kill yourself. Although Tylenol is much more dangerous than most people suspect.

  2. Don't.

I know of a case, and it did not kill. It ultimately destroyed his liver and one of his kidneys. You wouldn't believe the amount of authorities who came in from the county, state and federal agencies to investigate that case. They investigated all possible suspects. They left no stone unturned, and you probably don't want your house searched.

  3. I am not completely sure.

However, if you wish to murder someone in self-defence (i.e. you are being held hostage), punch the assailant in the face accidentally. Furthermore, you should apologize and provide tylenol for the pain and liquor for the... pain. Then you can escape the next day.

The point: tylenol + liquor, you die.

  4. Do you know what happens when you OD on Tylenol?  It destroys your liver.  Its not quick like sleeping pills were you just don't wake up.  You can live for quite a while as your liver dies.  Its painful and agonizing.
