do you mean in australia? if you mean in australia there is over 10,000 different types and kinds.

Off the top of my head: spoons, spinners, flies, plugs, plastic worms, swimbaits, spinner baits, skirted trolling jigs... probably others. Then anywhere from several dozen to a few thousand different brands, sizes, styles, and colors of each. And then one-of-a-kind homemade lures.

Easily thousands.
