  1. It really depends, but I'd guess between 200-300.

  2. HND and Foundation courses have a points value of 120 points.

  3. a foundation degree isn't much about 140 - 220 i'd say but if there are higher degrees then wouldn't you be looking at mostly A grades lol

    A - 120

    B - 100

    C - 80

    D - 60

    E - 40

  4. None, but that's not relevant.

Foundation degrees are aimed at people with few UCAS points or UCAS points in subjects the student doesn't want to study at uni.

The first year is to get you up to the standard of entering university and the second year is equivalent to the first year of a BA or BSc degree. After that you can transfer to the second year of the bachelors degree usually at the same institution if your marks are good enough.

  5. I don't think Foundation degrees are in the UCAS tarriff (not everything is) so I don't think they are worth a specific number of points.

Foundation degrees are similar to HNDs. They're the equivalent of two years of undergraduate study and a lot of people go from a Foundation degree on to a Top Up degree. This is usually a one year degree which converts a Foundation degree into a full Bachelors.
