How many unis can i apply to?

i heard that u can apply to only 4 in England? is that true? could i apply or 4 in england and then how many can i apply for in ireland? and are the four in england also including in wales or scotland?

Everybody here applies through UCAS, although I'm not sure if it's the same for foreigners. You can apply to up to 5 universities across England, Wales, Scotland and Nothern Ireland.
