How many vacation days do you get a year, and what job ?

I am from Australia and its mandatory to have 4 weeks paid annual holiday leave i.e. 20 days per year if you work full-time. I work in the Research and Development department for a Pharmaceutical company.

I work as an administrative assistant for a bio-tech firm and we get 2 weeks of vacation or 80 hours

I accumulated 5.26 hrs biweekly. Depends on how many hours I've built up. I'm allowed to roll over 40hrs, but no more when the year is up. So I have to use it or lose it, so-to-speak.
