  1. Welli fyou are vegetarian (I am assuming since you posted this in the vegetarian section) you should be mostly eating veggies and fruits as it is. But if you are concerened at least try to get 4-5 servings a day. Like 2 different veggies for lunch and 2 different for dinner and maybe eat one as a snack or with a snack.

    Carrots and ranch make a good snakc. Or celery and peanut butter.


  2. According to the food pyramid you need 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.

  3. Eat as many fruits and veggies as you possibly can! A small dish of carrots and broccoli and a container of ranch or ceasar dressing is the perfect snack. Apples in peanut butter is also good and provides protein.
