I've gotten one, and it was justified because I was rude! If you are on your seventh, maybe you need to get a new attitude.

I think I have had about 3. The last one I got was really dumb. Someone asked a STRANGE question and I posted "I don't know the answer to your question but I like your picture" (the pic was of a Family Guy character) and I got a violation for that!

Only one so far, and it was because I didn't answer the question and I was a bit rude.

You'll notice ,if you question a violation , the response won't mean anything ... I've had 2 and they both were ridiculous.  

    I hope the people at yahoo answers start getting the idea  that when they just hand out violations without really looking at them , they look like foolish children.

I have probably gotten  a half dozen.  Some are highly questionable and probably from someone who does not have a sense of humor and did not like the response.  The violation system is a joke and lets anyone with a grudge be a policeman.

two.  i answered this question, but the person uses several different avatars and posts the same exact question that is unbelievable long, asking if she's pregnant when she's never even had s*x.  it's been asked for at least four months.  so i posted first (two times) telling the other answerers not to bother and to check out the profile of the asker.  and i got a violation saying it wasn't an answer.  i didn't care - i didn't want people wasting their time answering a troll's question.

probably a dozen, and only 2 were deserved, which shows you what's going to happen when you hire people for 2 dollars a day in countries where english is not the main language.
