How many volts amps can i generate

can anyone help me i would like to know what the maximum amount of volts and amps is that i can generate from a dc motor from a 12v cordless drill. i know that dc motors act as generators as well i have tested it and got a reading on a multimeter

  1. depends on how fast you spin it. i don't know of an easy way and i do not think it's linear, but, generally energy is conserved.

    motors to made to be efficient, so if you put in 1 kW of power, according to P = i*v, their product should be (1,000)*Ef, for Ef, the efficiency, around, maybe .75

    so if you multiply the current and voltage, you should get around 750 watts.
