  1. Watts are not "in" the human body. Watts are a unit of power, and the human body in very good shape, can put out about 300 watts of power.

    At rest a human body puts out perhaps 100 watts of power as heat.


  2. On a decent workout day, considering im a large guy, i can create about 200 watts of energy on an elliptical machine, its kinda fun thinking of what you could power with those watts?

    On the other hand, if your lookin to some day grab a lightbulb and light it up by touch....i say hop into some sort of radioactive goop and see what happens. better yet! fly into space and catch a wave in a supernova! Oh...and dont forget about us little people when you get all super hero like.
