How many ways to serve steak are there?

In addition to serving a plain steak, what else could a steak be served with?

MEAL IN ONE DISH STEAK CASSEROLE

1 1/2 lb. piece top round steak

4 med. potatoes

1 lg. onion

5 carrots

1 bell pepper

4 tbsp. butter

4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Fresh ground pepper

Place steak in a long casserole, add salt and pepper. Dot top of steak with butter and add Worcestershire sauce. Then add potatoes, sliced in large pieces, onions, carrots, whole or sliced and the bell pepper.

Cover casserole with heavy foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove foil and cook 15 minutes longer until brown. Serve a salad and your meal is complete!

broil, alway try to get a 'loin steak'  t-bone, porterhouse, new york, top or bottom sirloin and filet migon, also known as tenderloin.   My favorite is in a class by itself, and rib eye.   Chuck steak and round steak are for stewing and marinating......happy cooking!
