How many weeks for injured spouse irs checks to come back?

going into week 19 ,,mailed on feb 29th,anyone else have this problem

It takes 11-12 weeks to process injured spouse forms (IRS weeks are Monday thru Friday), Contact IRS at 1-800-829-0922 or 1-800-829-1040 at least to find out if the form was received and being processed.

Or visit you local IRS office they will be able to let you know the status of your form.

It should be 11 weeks. I believe it's 8 weeks to process the tax return and another 4 weeks for the injured spouse claim. I have filed this before and it took 7 weeks total, but I file electronically.

Call the IRS at 1-800-829-0922. They can do a referral to the unit working the claim to speed things along.

According to the IRS it should take 11 weeks. It seems that there maybe a problem here. You may need to call the IRS at 800-829-1040.  Rgus us the number for account information for taxpayers.
