Summer vacations depends on where one lives.  My kids get 4 weeks of "summer" vacation, they go to school year round, they get "vacation" every 3 1/2 months.  I have no way of knowing how many weeks your summer vacation is.

do you mean for school pupils or university students, or for people in jobs - the answers will be different for all of them, also according to what country  you're in.

If you mean how many weeks holiday do people get from work, we get between 4 and 6 weeks paid leave per year in Europe but I believe that in the US they get as little as 2 weeks.

It depends on the situation. Is the person a student? Look out the last day for that person and just count bcause it really defers.
