They will improve, Oden will provide a great defensive presence and allow Aldridge to really thrive at the 4. Also, Roy is a beast and will only get better. I think trading Jack will hurt somewhat, but Bayless definitely has more future upside. I see about 50 wins plus/minus 4. The West is still loaded and they will be fighting for a 7 or 8 seed.
