How many years of collage will it take to be a veternarian?

i really want to help animals but i dont know how many years of collage it will take

4 years of undergrad and then probably 4 years of vet school.  Check out Auburn (in Alabama) or Michigan State for their vet programs.  They are both really good.  

Regardless, it's 4 years of undergrad to get your bachelors

It may take about 6-8 years if you go to Grad school and all.

Sounds like a long time, but it flies by quicker than you know it.

what is 'collage'?  If you mean 'college', you will most often need a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, with the appropriate requirements, then apply to, become accepted, and complete veterinarian school, which depending upon the institution will take 31/2 to 4 years of time...good luck, ps, learn to school.

I didn't know that 'collage' was a part of vet training, I thought that was more for artists.

My uncle is a doctor so I should know this. It should take about 8 years. The first 4 years of college then the extra 4.
