Generally two years of college nursing.  Pay varies from local to local.  Generally you are looking in the 23K to 28K region to start.

You can go to school for 2 years or 4 years to receive your RN, you can also get your LPN in 2 years.

Depending upon the area you live in and the area you work in is what your starting salary would be.
