How many years will it take for OBAMA to go through the entire budget line by line?

PMS he promised he would personally do it and fix all the problems.

Isn't he impressive he's not even elected yet but he will have powers of an Emperor.

It shows his naivety about the job.  Hopefully in November he will have 4 years with nothing to do so he can work at it.

It won't happen because he can't initiate budgetary changes.  That's the job of Congress.
