How many years would i have to have my braces on??

Question

im most likely getting braces soon;;

how long would i have them on for??

Well, I'm no orthodontist.

I had mine on for two years. But some people have it on for more or less. Most likely between 1-3 years

And be sure to brush, otherwise you'll get gross stains on your teeth

Your teeth do not look bad at all...So i would estimate a year at the most but then again i am not an orthodontist. Your ortho. will need to tell you that

You have a bit of an underbite, so I'm guessing two years?

But your teeth are not as bad as mine, so its up to your ortho :)

the average time is 18 months.

unless your orthodontist wants them on for longer so they are better looking.

your orthodontist will have a better idea of how long you will have your braces.  it also depends on your part to help your teeth move to the right position.  i am not going to lie and tell you that it isn't going to hurt, because it will.  you are forcing teeth to move, which isn't easy.  take some tylenol or ibuprofen to help ease the pain.
