How might an anthropologist explain the cause of economic change today in canada?

All in life has counterparts in nature. Need causes creatures to change and need causes economic changes. Cheap fuel will cause people to consider large vehicles for more spacious room or safety concerns. Expensive fuel cause people to have small vehicles for gas consumption. Trade fuel for food for a creature and nature does the same. Plenty food means large creatures and less food means small creatures.  We make selections based on the same concepts of natural selection. Good question.
