How militant is China Airlines about their carry on policies?

Question

It says on their website that a bag can't be over 7kg and that I'm not allowed to have TWEEZERS. Seems a little over board, I'm just trying to see how crazy they are about their rules.

I'm flying economy, which means I might be shafted anyway.

Apparently you havent flown out of the US anytime in the last 4 years or so. Not since 9/11? You cant take a bottle of water with you, or hand cream. WHY single out China and why refer to their airlines as "Militant"?

I guess it would have been better for China to let the terrorist bomb the olympic games and have NO security at airports at all?

If you prefer a tropical vacation try violating the rules flying out of the USA on United.

You really need to follow their rules or find other transportation.  If it is prohibited, it is prohibited...same goes for US Airlines.

can't pay extra when your luggage is overweight? I do it all the time.
