I have a relative wanting to send me $500 from the usa to the UK. How much would that cost her?

It depends on weather she send Moneygram or Western Union. Find out what office is closer to you both, most banks do WU, and places like Walmart have moneygram. Now 500 to an international place is about 8.99 to 12.00 depending on the location, anything over 500 would acctually be double. hope that helps.
