How much, and what do i need to power 2 fi btl 18"s?

and im thinkin about buying orion amps so i have the wattage down

so its about 7400k watts all together in the woofers, but how many batteries and alts and how much for it, like to power, and wires... lol, help if you can please.

Answer (1):I Believe 7400 Rms Is Too Much For Those Woofers Just Because Their The BTL's & Since Their 18's Doesnt Mean Anything I'd Say They Can Handle 3000 Rms (Daily Use) & 4000 Rms (SPL) But I'd Go With Hifonics Instead Of Orion Try 2 Of These Amps For Your Subs.

I Can Tell You How Many Batteries You Need But I Dont Know What & How Many Alternators You Need. Tell Me The Make Year & Model Of Your Car & I Should Be Able To Find You A HO Alternator For A Low Price But For Now Get 1 Of These Batteries.
