How much, roughly, would a flight transport for one or two horses from inner US to hawaii cost?

I'm an event rider and may be relocating sometime in the future and am having a hard time locating shipping rates online. Also curious if it would make it any cheaper to drive my horses myself down to like california and fly them to hawaii from there, or if it wouldn't make much of a difference if I just had them shipped from the eastern US. Thanks!

It depends on the airline, but my friend got her horse shipped from Colorado to Europe for $5000. If you don't plan on staying in Hawaii for more than a month, don't bring your horses. Even with drugs it can be pretty stressful.
