How much Arbor Mist would one have to drink to get drunk?

I'm hosting a birthday party for a friend and we want Arbor Mist but I hear it's between 6 and 8 per cent alcohol which doesn't seem like much at all. None of us drink very often though, so how many bottles should I get?

Arbor Mist is similar to drinking wine coolers (normal table wine is 10 - 12% alcohol on average).  Depending on how many people you have I'd get @ a bottle for every 2 people then add a couple extra bottles for good measure.

Everyone has a different tolerance for alcohol so there's no way to nail that down.

Why would anyone want to deliberately get drunk...and on Arbor Mist???

I drink 7% beer from time to time. It usually takes me anywhere from 1/2 a gallon to 1 gallon to feel it properly.

None. That stuff is c**p. If you want wine, for God's sake buy WINE. Arbor Mist is nothing more than alcopop, so of course there isn't much alcohol content.

Go to a wine shop and sample some real wines. It's time to grow up.

If you're going to do that just get Boone's Farm. Strawberry Hill is the strongest.
