How much Calcium (and how to take it) should get?

I'm 25 female, no major health problems, not pregnant or breastfeeding, never been pregnant. I unfortunately did not have a calcium-rich diet as a younger person. Now that I've "stopped growing", I'm concerned about "maintaining" what little I did put in my body.

  1. It is important to take or eat/drink foods  with calcium.  I do know if  taking  to much of  supplement can cause constipation.  You have to consider your other food  such as cheeses, milk, yoga rt. Also do not  take  a  iron sup and calcium together as they can  cancel out.  Take  separate time  day.  I love  my  milk  and  cheese so I only take  every other day and  I use  the caps soft gel with vit D,1ooo mg.

    Bottle  says this is daily require dose.  Another  good combine 3in1 supplement is  the Calsium, Magnisium, Zinc.
