  1. I'm not entirely sure, is that Intel Graphics Accelerator 3100 an integrated graphics card?

    If it is, i don't think you'll be able to get a very good fps on CS:S, definitely not exceeding 20-30 on normal maps.

    My friend has dual core, 3GB RAM, generally a good computer, but he has an integrated graphics card too, and even on crappy maps he only averages 15 fps or so.

    I'd recommend getting a graphics card for your computer too. Other than that, all your other specs are excellent for running games.
