How much MBs will going on Xbox live use?

See, I have Satellite internet, and I have a 500 MBs per-day limit. How many MBs will it take to get the Live update and recover my Gamertag?

  2. i believe that's more than enough because the minimum Requirement for xbox live is 512 KB, and i guess that 512 cannot download 500 MB a day, am i Correct?!!
