I'm 19 and I want to do a little research on this. I think I get underpaid for my responsibility level. I only have my diploma under my belt and I work for an aviation company. I make 11.24 an hour

with no other education and it being an aviation company there really taking a risk by even employing you.  Just because being fresh out of school and still young they probably believe your in the phase of your life where you dont know what you want yet.  The pay is actuall about average for a factory position with little exp. needed so dont fret.  The only way you can get better is ask questions.  I started off at 10.50 and worked my way up to 14.61 in a span of 3 and a half months.  I got my work done fast and asked for more.  All you need to do is prove yourself. work hard all the time cuz you never know whos watching

i am 18,

16$ an hour on construction working from 7 A.M to 3 P.M 120$ a day and its personal check i dont know if thats legal?

but its really hardcore work i come home dead, and i only work there during the summer

I live in Boulder CO and there are people a lot older than you making between $10.00 - $12.00 per hour in spite of holding college degrees.

At 19 I was making about the same as you, working at a PT clinic while attending college.

Stick with it, you will earn more with time and proven dedication to your job.
