Question:

How much Tax will I pay?

I have two jobs with a combined income of £37150 per year, I have no idea ow much tax and national insurance I will be paying as I am sure that it will be different as the income is not from one source.

  1. Would need to know sources of income and amounts for NIC. For tax, you can do approximate calculation on www.listentotaxman, bearing in mind your personal allowance is currently £5435. This goes up to £6035 in September, when the increase becomes retrospective back to 6th April.


  2. Sorry we can't calculate that for you. We don't have enough info and I certainly wouldn't ask you to disclose anything further on here. You will probably need to contact the Inland revenue about that. It depends which job you have as your main job (which one you have chosen to attach your personal allowance to, etc etc) and how much you are earning in your main job.
