How much Tylenol Sore Throat should I take?

I have a sore throat and the instructions on my bottle of Tylenol Sore throat are missing. Will someone please tell me how much the label says an adult should take. I will give a best answer to the first right answer. Thanks.

Directions

Do not take more than directed.

Do not take for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor.

Adults & children 12 years & over:

    * Take 2 tablespoons (tbsp) or 30 mL in dosing cup provided every 4 to 6 hours while symptoms last.

    * Do not take more than 8 tablespoons in 24 hours.

Children under 12 years:

    * Do not use this adult product in children under 12 years of age; this will provide more than the recommended dose (overdose) and may cause liver damage.
