How much Will I be able to lose on this diet?

Okay Ramadan is Comming up and I plan on going on the Fruit Diet Like eat only fruits and vergatbles for 30 days!

breakfast: Cantaloupe and 1 orange

Dinner: Apple, Carrots, Cantaloupe, and 1 orange

Drink 9 glasses of water

Will I be able to lose 30 pounds in 30 days?

OKAY DONT TELL ME ITS NOT HEALTHY AND I DONT CARE!!!!

Am i fat for a 15 year old guy. I am 68 Inches (5'8) and 170 pounds!!!

  2. lol tell me about it...they say u should lose 1 or less pounds a week....s***w them..;)

    i would say u could lose up to twenty pounds in those days but i might suggest to replace one of the cantalope in the breakfast or dinner, it has lots of sugar and eating veggies would be better if u wanna lose weight :D I WISH YA GOOD LUCK!

    by the way i lost like 5 pounds in a week, 15 pounds in a month :P

    anyway ur not overweight u just need to lose like 10 pounds

  3. I hope you are home schooled, because you will be spending 90% of your time in the bathroom.  especially the first 2 weeks.

    you may be able to lose 30 pounds in 30 days, but i  don't know why you want to.  

    consider doing arobics and a bunch of excercise to help you lose weight.  

    YOU need soem protein in there.  eat eggs, and cheese for breakfast  for protein.    and a  serving of lean meat of an evening.

    without protein, you wll be losing muscle, not fat.

Why do you ask for advise when you clearly think you know all and have no intention of listening.  Sorry but since you posted I will state the FACTS.  You can be a fool and do what you want it is your body and hopefully you live close enough to a hospital to help revive you when you pass out.  

    Fact one:  You are not really overweight but could lose some weight and feel better.

    Fact two:  With no protein you will become sick and possible pass out  Whether you want to call it this or not, eating in this form is a form of anorexia and very dangerous.  

    Fact three:  30 pounds in one month is EXTREME.  maybe 10 to 15 pounds but that is the highest and since you don't need to lose a great deal more than that will help you into a hospital room.

  5. 15 years old? You might as well be Manorexic since you desperately want to lose 30lbs so fast. I don't think you'll be able to do it since you are already fat (like you mentioned) and you probably can't live without food since you love it so much, that's why you eat it so much.

  6. You will slow your metabolism down so much that you may not lose much at all.  Your body will lose the most if you are taking in between 1000 and 1500 calories a day along with exercising.  Also keep in mind that the problem with rapid weight loss is not just that is unhealthy, but that it comes right back on as soon as you return to "normal" eating.
