How much a new honda rebel actually cost?

I am looking at a new Honda Rebel and most places say MSRP $3199.

I know there is government fees, taxes, dealer freight/preparation, dealer document preparation charges

any idea what would be the actual cost I should expect to shell out (not including insurance). Just the cost out the door.
