Okay so im 15 years old, and i only weight 118 pounds. I go to the gym monday, wednesday, and thursday. I do some upper body machines, and the ab crunches. I recently started trying to eat more protein last week. My normal day goes as this:
5:45 Cereal
10:30 Pizza, coolies, and pretzels at school
3:00 peanut butter sandwich and banana
3:30 Scoop of peanut butter
5:00 Dinner such as sandwich, mozzarella sticks, or chicken sandwich
6:00-7:30 gym
8:00 Ice cream w/ peanut butter on top (not already on there)
Is this fine? What else can i do for more protein/gain weight? BTW im only 15, and no protein powders or anything like that...
