How much alcohol is in kabuto brand miso paste?

I am a former chef and worked in Japan and miso has not alcohol init, plus you do not boil miso or it will curdle and split, it is added to the soup or sauce at the last moment off the heat and not to boiling liquid, just take some of the broth thin the miso like when adding cornstarch and slowly pour it back in, mix it thorughly and serve right away.

Miso is very delicate and is not something you have to boil. So add it before you put the soup in to the bowls.
