How much am I suppose to weigh?

Well, I was wondering how much I'm suppose to weigh.

I'm 13 and I'm around like 5'2"-5'3".

Because like I asked my doctor and she just said "eat healthy" which didn't even answer my question so yeah..

  1. Well the average weight i think is maybe 90-100 ponds. I'm 15 and my height is 5'7 but i only weight 136 pounds.  


  2. I'm no doctor but I would say any weight between 100-125 is healthy

  3. right weight for u is...100-125 pounds..or 50-60 kilos

    the best way to know ur weight is to know if its in the right zone of BMI ..it means body mass ratio/index..

    a normal bmi is from 20 to 25 units..its complicated to tell u how to calculate it..so i give u a link to justify...
