How much am i looking at spending in Poland, Slovakia and Hungary?

I am thinking i may go for 2 weeks soonish so i will probably spend most of my time in the capitals sadly. Flights seem to be around £150 but how much am i looking at spending on accomodation, food and travel etc?

In Budapest:

Accomodation: hostels are from around 20 Euro/ night.

Food: well, a kg bread is around 0.60 Euro, milk also. A good meal at a restaurant is around 10 Euro.

Travel: one bus ticket is a bit more than 1 Euro, I suggest a 7-day travel card, thats around 20 Euro, and you can use that one any transportation inside Budapest.

Oh, and one thing, if you buy any food or drink (or visit a restaurant) up at the Castle or at the 5th district (especially Váci utca) count all the prices doubled. Its worth to walk 500 metres away from these places if you wanna eat.

I'm not sure about the pounds, but the American dollar is reallllllyyy decreasing in value over in Poland.
