How much am i suppose to weigth?

i currently weigth 138

my body frame is medium

and my heigth is ike 5'4 or 5'5

i want to loose some pounds

what would be ideal?

  1. your ideal weight based on BMI is around 120 to 125.

    you arent much over it though so i bet you look just fine

    You could just do maybe a bit more exercise to tone up...but you really don't need to lose weight.

    (this weight chart gives a healthy weight to height ratio according to a BMI scale and even gives a few pounds to spare)

    at 60 inches should weigh 105 lb.

    add 5 lb for every inch after that

    Women:

    at 60 inches should weigh 100 lb.

    add 5 lb for every inch after that

    allow for a 5 lb fluctuations throughout the day
