How much and what type of damage do circle lenses really do?

I'm thinking about getting them, but on a forum some people complained about the damage they do to your eyes. =/

  1. I am not sure what a circle lense is. Please explain what it is I have never heard of it before.    AH I see, I have no experience with these at all. Sorry! O^O
